The driving shaft of the pump is not allowed to withstand radial and axial forces (such as: the length of the spline sleeve should not exceed the effective length of the pump driving shaft spline during installation and connection, and the power shaft end and coupling sleeve should not have any axial contact with the gear pump shaft extension spline end and the steps on the shaft). The coaxiality between the installation of the pump's driving shaft and the output shaft of the prime mover shall not exceed 0.05mm, and the perpendicularity between the installation plane of the pump support and the stop shall not exceed 0.05mm. The connecting parts at both ends of the coupling sleeve should also ensure coaxiality within 0.05mm.
The suction height of the pump should not exceed 0.5m, and the diameter of the oil inlet pipeline should ensure a flow rate of ≤ 2m/s, that is, the diameter of the oil inlet pipeline d ≥ 3.25 (millimeters), where Q is the pump inlet flow rate Q (liters)=q · n.
The oil inlet pipe and flange of the pump should not leak air.
